Aleksandar V. Božić delivered the talk “Is living cell a computer?” at the IUC Dubrovnik analytic philosophy conference with the theme “Representation and Computation”. In this talk, Aleksandar examined the claims that a living cell or some of its parts are a computer, in the context of the philosophical debate on biological information in molecular and cellular biology. The conference was held in Dubrovnik from June 12 to 16, 2023.
